Yoga 2

This class is for intermediate to advanced students who have a working knowledge of the principles of alignment of Anusara Yoga®.

It is strongly recommended that students who join this class have taken a minimum of 6 months of Anusara Yoga®, and have completed both Yoga 1 and Yoga 1-2. Please talk to the instructor before joining the class if you do not meet this recommendation.

In this class, handstand, arm balances, and strong backbends will be introduced and practiced, along with Level 2 standing, balancing, and seated poses, hip openers and twists.

Key teachings will focus on refining the alignment learned in Yoga 1 and Yoga 1-2 and expanding knowledge of breathing practices and the teachings and philosophy of Anusara Yoga®.
