Guided practice is a Yoga session celebrating our Spacious Heart Kula in a group practice. A defining feature of Anusara Yoga® is creating a “Community of the Heart” or Yoga Kula.

Together we can support, empower and inspire each other to feel deeply connected not just to ur own heart, but also, to the hearts of those around us.

The class focus will be on a balance and combination of philosophical teachings, breathing techniques, asana (posture flow), and, most importantly, play. Asanas will be challenging, invigorating, and incredibly fun! Asanas will be performed independently and with partners.

Deepen your practice and understanding of yoga on all levels…it will blow your mind!
