Latasha Flint

Latasha Flint is a student and teacher of yoga, an activist, a visionary, an artist and a mother of a beautiful old son. She has been a practitioner and teacher of yoga since 2004 but has been in the wellness field since 1999, working as a personal trainer and a Pilates instructor.

It wasn’t until Latasha found yoga, that she was re connected with her true self and found the tools to heal the physical, emotional and psychological traumas that has taken a toll on her younger years and adolescent life. She honors that her work is never ending but appreciates the clarity that yoga provides to continue moving forward in a more balanced state of being.

Latasha is a Yoga Ed At Risk Youth Educator and an Off The Mat Into The World Ambassador, an organization created to raise awareness and facilitate Leadership groups throughout our country to facilitate the change we wish to see in our world. She continues to work closely with Seane Corn, Hala Khouri and Suzanne Sterling (OTM founders) in creating a world where our youth are able to heal their wounds and be released from the grip of their traumas in order to stop the cycle of violence in our families, community and planet. Latasha holds Leadership Trainings, Yoga Ed sessions and Professional Development trainings and yoga classes for pre/post natal, back therapeutics, weight loss, hatha/vinyasa flow, HOT yoga as well as fusion classes for core strength and balance within the Michiana and surrounding areas.
