Thai yoga bodywork
This type of massage/bodywork is done fully clothed on a soft mat on the floor. It has sometimes been referred to as “Lazy Man’s Yoga” because of the passive positioning and stretching that the practitioner administers to the client.
Being a modality that combines yoga, stretching, massage and energy work, its benefits are numerous. The result is both relaxing and therapeutic. Therapeutic “Flying” can be included in your Thai Yoga session.
