Protect your valuables
Please bring your valuables into the studio and place in the cubicle, as the welcome area is not locked during classes. Spacious Heart Yoga is not responsible for items lost or stolen. Please check in at the desk and sign into each class before the session begins, even if you pre-signed in on-line.
We strive to be a fragrance-free environment. PLEASE avoid using any cologne, perfume, or other scented products on days when you will participate. Thank you so much for helping us keep the air clear.
Shoes and socks
Remove shoes before entering the practice area. Practice will be done with bare feet unless you have a foot condition for which you need to keep your feet covered.
You are welcome to bring your own mat. The studio provides yoga mats and all other props (blocks, straps, blankets) as needed.
Bring a towel if you feel you need one for perspiration
If you are late, please come in and sit quietly by the studio door until the centering is over. Please wait until practice begins to set out your mat.
Turn off pagers and cell phones before class begins.
Be aware that others may be sensitive to fragrances, perfumes and colognes, and keep these scents to a minimum on the days you are coming to yoga.
Clean your mat after class so that we can keep our community healthy. Please fold the blankets and put away all props neatly at the end of class. Treat the bathrooms as unisex and help us keep them neat and clean for everyone to enjoy.
Please respect the other businesses in the building.
