Enliven your life force as we welcome spring with this practice that combines sacred songs and chants drawn from the Earth's many spiritual traditions with simple folk dance movements and walks.
Easy to learn! No experience in singing or dance is necessary.
Led by Mary Martha Metzler, with musician friends. A Mentor Leader (teacher trainer) of the Dances of Universal Peace, Mary has 20+ years of experience sharing these transformative practices in workshops, classes, retreats, and worship settings.
