Yoga 1
This is a class for new students and experienced beginners. This class focuses on poses that strengthen and stretch the legs, back, and shoulders. Basic Anusara alignment principles are presented. Emphasis is on standing poses and breathing techniques.
Yoga 1-2
This class focuses on refining the standing poses and learning back bends and some inversions. It is recommended that students complete two sessions of Yoga 1 before taking Yoga 1-2.
